Omega Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator

- Develop and manage the strategy, creation, and execution of all email marketing campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and automated emails.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling newsletters that reflect Omega's brand identity.
- Brief and monitor the development of engaging and concise copy for newsletters, ensuring messages are on-brand, relevant, and tailored to various customer segments.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize for improved engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on various email elements to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Liaise with the markets and manage the email calendar, coordinating with other teams to ensure alignment with wider marketing efforts, product launches, and company initiatives.
- Ensure all email marketing practices comply with privacy laws and applicable regulations and best-practice industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, including newsletter creation.
- Demonstrated expertise in email marketing platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with privacy laws and email best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking and campaign analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Fluent in French and English.
