Omega eCommerce Concierge

- Coordinate and assist in the eCommerce experience, focusing on Customer Service and Fulfillment.
- Provide technical watch knowledge and styling suggestions to virtual clients.
- Maintain virtual video appointments with clients and execute an abandoned cart strategy via online chat.
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure superior after-sale service.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution.
- Serve as the point of contact for returns and exchanges, liaising with cross-functional departments.
- Generate departmental reports related to customer service KPIs and feedback.
- Identify and suggest improvements to the customer experience through process enhancements and site updates.
- Meet and exceed defined KPIs and sales goals.
- Attend necessary trainings and conferences, and conduct weekly site QA.
- Detailed-oriented and organized.
- Knowledge of luxury brands and items, with jewelry/watch experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial sense and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of eCommerce/digital space and passion for online shopping and new technologies.
- Proven multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
- Experience with luxury and high-touch point clients.
Experience in luxury brands, particularly in jewelry or watches, is preferred. Must have experience managing high-touch point clients and working in a fast-paced environment.
