Omega E-Commerce Coordinator

- Oversee the operational management of the Swiss e-commerce site, including sales, logistics, and digital communication to achieve revenue targets and enhance online boutique performance.
- Deliver an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring personalized and impeccable service across various channels such as email and phone.
- Analyze and share key reports including sales, product mix, traffic, and KPIs.
- Supervise and maintain accurate tracking of online product inventory.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure optimal synergy.
- Proven and solid experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Fluency in French and German, with strong proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.
- Creative, dynamic, and able to manage stress while tackling challenges.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, rigorous, and autonomous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication and flexibility.
Substantial experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the luxury industry.
