1. Manage the operational aspects of the Swiss e-Commerce site, including sales, logistics, and digital communication to achieve revenue targets and enhance online boutique performance.
2. Provide an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring personalized and impeccable service, responding effectively to inquiries through various channels.
3. Analyze and share key reports on sales, product mix, traffic, and KPIs.
4. Supervise and ensure accurate tracking of online product stock.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure optimal synergy.

1. Solid and confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in French and German, with strong proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.

1. Proficiency in tools such as Magento, SAP, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
2. Creative, dynamic, and able to manage stress, ready to take on challenges.
