1. Oversee the operational management of the Swiss e-commerce site, including sales, logistics, and digital communication to achieve revenue targets and enhance online boutique performance.
2. Deliver an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring personalized and impeccable service across various channels such as emails and phone.
3. Analyze and share key reports on sales, product mix, traffic, and KPIs.
4. Supervise and accurately track online product inventory.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure optimal synergy.

1. Proven and substantial experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in French and German, with strong proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.
