1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing daily operations of the Omega Boutique in Verbier.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of luxury retail experience.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
4. Supervise and motivate boutique staff to deliver outstanding performance.
5. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
6. Facilitate training and development programs for boutique staff.
