1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing daily operations of the Omega Boutique in Verbier.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
4. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
5. Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
6. Implement and maintain Omega's brand standards and guidelines.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management.
