Omega Customer Service Advisor

- Provide exceptional customer service by offering the best service or warranty options.
- Offer comprehensive information about service, warranty repairs, battery replacements, and straps.
- Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about Omega's brand, collections, models, and technical specifications.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage the service email inbox and hotline, addressing customer inquiries about services, parts, accessories, and courier arrangements.
- Collaborate with service technicians.
- Maintain proactive communication with service customers, including follow-ups and updates on special promotions.
- Manage inventory in the boutique and conduct parts inventory in collaboration with technicians.
- Coordinate shipment logistics to and from the warehouse, including dispatch and receipt of company shipments.
- Archive documents related to the position regularly.
- Provide ongoing support to the boutique as needed.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the luxury goods sector.
- Proficiency in computer use, including Word and Excel. Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and strong teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving orientation and ability to make independent decisions.
- Quick learning ability and willingness to acquire technical knowledge related to the watch and jewelry industry.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the luxury goods industry, is required.
