Omega Customer Care Advisor

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document and report customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with poise and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the luxury or retail industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous.
