1. Perform various administrative tasks related to the Human Resources department
2. Manage spontaneous applications and draft rejection letters
3. Plan and organize various events and meetings
4. Process orders for the Human Resources department
5. Provide reception services and advice to employees

1. Native French speaker with good knowledge of German or English
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach and excellent teamwork abilities

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite
2. Ability to work autonomously, reliably, and with initiative

No prior experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in Human Resources.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant educational program.
