1. Perform various administrative tasks related to the Human Resources department
2. Manage spontaneous applications and draft rejection responses
3. Plan and organize various events and meetings
4. Process orders for the Human Resources department
5. Provide front desk reception and advice to employees

1. Native French speaker with good knowledge of German or English
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation and team spirit

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite
2. Ability to work autonomously, reliably, and with initiative

No prior professional experience is required, but a strong interest in human resources and administration is preferred.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a professional maturity in commerce.
