1. Execute various administrative and organizational tasks, including managing schedules, drafting correspondence, and preparing meeting minutes.
2. Plan and organize events and meetings.
3. Process orders, draft offers, account for incoming payments and invoices, oversee delivery schedules, and manage customs and billing documentation.
4. Advise clients and colleagues in multiple languages, providing swift and constructive solutions both in person and over the phone.
5. Support various departments throughout the internship.

1. Native French speaker with strong proficiency in German and English.

3. Aptitude for administrative tasks, computer work, and numerical data.
