3. Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
5. Support the visual merchandising team to ensure the store is presented to the highest standards.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer service excellence.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Polish and English.
3. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
4. Attention to detail and a passion for luxury products.

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or a similar role is required.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is advantageous.
