- Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver a luxury retail experience.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation to align with brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a secure and safe environment.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
