Omega Boutique Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the Omega boutique to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance boutique performance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the brand's image and standards.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and systems.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on high-end timepieces or jewelry.
