1. Lead and manage boutique operations to achieve sales targets and exceed goals.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance clienteling and customer service.
3. Ensure a consistent and high-quality store experience for all customers.
4. Oversee inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention techniques.
5. Supervise and develop a team of sales professionals.
6. Plan and execute events and traffic-generating actions.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers.
3. Experience in selling timepieces is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail management role is required.

Salary range: $120,000-$135,000 per year, plus bonus.
