- Lead and manage boutique operations to achieve sales targets and exceed goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance clienteling and customer service.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality store experience for all customers.
- Oversee inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention techniques.
- Supervise and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Plan and execute events and traffic-generating actions.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers.
- Experience in selling timepieces is advantageous.

- Strong inventory management expertise.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail management role is required.
Salary range: $120,000-$135,000 per year, plus bonus.
