- Lead and manage boutique operations to achieve sales targets and exceed goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement and drive traffic.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience within the boutique.
- Oversee inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention strategies.
- Supervise and mentor sales professionals to optimize performance.
- Cultivate a refined clientele through superior customer service and relationship-building.
- Coordinate events and partnerships to generate business opportunities.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers.
- Experience in selling timepieces is advantageous.
- Exceptional selling and customer service acumen.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in inventory management.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
A minimum of three years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Salary range: $130,000-$135,000 per year, plus bonus.
