- Lead and manage boutique operations and sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience within the boutique.
- Oversee inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention strategies.
- Cultivate a high-performing team through effective leadership and development.
- Coordinate and execute in-store events and promotional activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional selling and customer service skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in inventory management and loss prevention.
- Ability to strategize and adapt to business needs.
A minimum of three years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Salary range: $130,000-$135,000 per year, plus bonus.
