1. Lead and manage boutique operations and sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
3. Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience within the boutique.
4. Oversee inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention strategies.
5. Cultivate a high-performing team through effective leadership and development.
6. Coordinate and execute in-store events and promotional activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

A minimum of three years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Salary range: $130,000-$135,000 per year, plus bonus.
