- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer engagement and drive store traffic.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience within the boutique.
- Oversee inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention strategies.
- Cultivate a clientele through superior customer service and personalized client interactions.
- Manage back-office operations efficiently to support front-end sales activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional selling and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and adapt to dynamic business needs.
A minimum of three years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Salary range: $130,000-$135,000 per year, plus bonus.
