1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
4. Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
5. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the boutique's appeal.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and VIP customers.
7. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
8. Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in sales analysis and inventory management.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
