Omega Boutique Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage inventory and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury brands.
