1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
3. Manage inventory and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's luxury image.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
