1. Lead, train, and motivate the boutique team to achieve high performance.
2. Define clear targets and responsibilities for team members and review their performance.
3. Anticipate staff turnover and spearhead recruitment efforts.
4. Manage team schedules, including vacations and overtime.
5. Ensure an exceptional client experience in the boutique and provide timely follow-up with clients.
6. Propose and execute local activation events to enhance brand presence and generate ROI.
7. Collaborate with the brand's management to develop strategies for cultivating client relationships.
8. Maintain boutique operations, ensuring cleanliness, visual displays, and adherence to VM guidelines.
9. Ensure compliance with operating and security guidelines.
10. Oversee the security and maintenance of stock timepieces.

1. Previous experience in team management.
2. Experience in sales within a luxury retail boutique.
