1. Train, coach, and motivate the boutique team.
2. Define clear targets and responsibilities for each team member and review performance.
3. Anticipate turnover and lead recruitment of new staff.
4. Manage team roster, vacations, and overtime.
5. Ensure excellent client experience in the boutique and follow up with prospective clients and owners.
6. Propose, execute, and generate ROI on local activation events in line with the Brand Universe.
7. Develop effective strategies with the brand's management team to enhance client relationships and business opportunities.
8. Guarantee proper maintenance of the boutique, including cleanliness and visual displays.
9. Ensure operating and security guidelines are understood and respected.
10. Assure the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces.

1. Previous team management experience.
2. Previous sales experience in a luxury retail boutique.
3. Collaborative approach with the ability to foster teamwork.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit to develop business and build client relationships.
5. Deep understanding of client needs and priorities.
6. Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.

1. Comfortable using Excel, Word, and SAP.
2. Fluent in English.
