Omega Boutique Manager

- Oversee the daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control and replenishment.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and loss prevention measures.
- Coordinate with marketing and corporate teams for promotional events and new product launches.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on sales and team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
