- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the boutique team.
- Drive sales and exceed performance goals through refined customer service and clientele development.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and store performance.
- Manage back-office operations and supervise sales professionals.
- Ensure inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention techniques are maximized.
- Cultivate a consistent and high-quality store experience for customers.
- Adapt to business needs through effective prioritization, planning, and delegation.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers.
- Exceptional selling and customer service skills.
- Superior communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Expertise in inventory management.
A minimum of three years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required. Experience in selling timepieces is highly advantageous.
