1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance customer loyalty.
5. Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising to reflect the brand's luxury image.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
7. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in sales and inventory management software.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
