1. Lead and manage boutique operations, ensuring a superior customer experience.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance client relationships.
3. Supervise and mentor sales professionals, fostering a high-performance team environment.
4. Oversee inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention measures.
5. Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
6. Plan and execute events and initiatives to drive traffic and sales.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building client relationships.

1. Exceptional selling and customer service skills.
2. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
3. Expertise in inventory management.
4. Proficiency in strategic planning and execution.

A minimum of three years in a management role within the luxury retail sector is required. Experience with luxury timepieces is highly advantageous.

Salary range: $115,000-$120,000 per year plus bonus.
