1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
3. Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and presentation standards.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
5. Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to align store displays with brand guidelines.
6. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
