- Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
- Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA's product range and unique characteristics.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships by providing memorable and insightful experiences.
- Utilize training techniques to engage and retain a loyal client base.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to uphold company policies.
- Strong selling capabilities and exceptional customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Adaptability to learn technical aspects of timepieces.
- Ability and willingness to train others.
- Passion for selling and negotiation prowess.

- Proficiency in MS Office is desirable.

A minimum of three years in luxury retail sales or keyholder roles, ideally within the timepiece or fine jewelry sectors.
