1. Perform opening and closing procedures for the boutique.
2. Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence.
3. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA's product range and unique characteristics.
4. Cultivate enduring client relationships by providing memorable and insightful experiences.
5. Utilize training techniques to engage and retain a loyal client base.

1. Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
2. Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to uphold company policies.
3. Strong selling capabilities and exceptional customer service skills.
4. Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
5. Adaptability to learn technical aspects of timepieces.
6. Ability and willingness to train others.
7. Passion for selling and negotiation prowess.
8. Flexibility to work varied schedules.
9. Proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
