1. Oversee the daily operations of the Omega Boutique in Verbier, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance boutique performance and profitability.
4. Maintain and enhance the visual merchandising standards in line with Omega's brand guidelines.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
6. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and fostering brand loyalty.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
