4. Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique's visual merchandising reflects the brand's luxury image.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
3. Excellent understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
4. Proficiency in French and English, additional languages are a plus.
