3. Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock presentation and replenishment.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
5. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
