1. Oversee daily operations of the Omega Boutique in Verbier, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
7. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and local partners.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in sales analysis and strategic planning.
5. Fluency in English and French.
