1. Oversee daily operations of the Omega boutique in Verbier, ensuring exceptional customer service and store performance.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.
3. Implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
4. Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and presentation.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and key stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of store appearance and merchandising.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
