1. Oversee all operational aspects of the boutique, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

3. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance boutique performance and brand presence.
4. Manage inventory and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and local partners.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail.
7. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
5. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
