1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and store profitability.
4. Oversee inventory management and stock control.
5. Train and develop sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.

A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within luxury retail.
