1. Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations of the boutique.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
3. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.
4. Manage inventory and ensure the boutique is well-stocked and organized.
5. Train and mentor boutique staff to enhance performance and customer engagement.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in a managerial role.
