Omega Assistant Boutique Manager

- Lead retail operations and assist in managing sales activities.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement sales incentives and rewards.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality store experience for customers.
- Maximize inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention techniques.
- Delegate tasks effectively to the sales team.
- Uphold company initiatives and maintain confidentiality.
- Bring positive recognition to the Omega brand through effective communication and professionalism.
- Minimum of 3 years of management or operations management experience.
- Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers.
- Excellent selling and customer service skills.
- Superior communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Strong computer skills, including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook.
A minimum of 3 years in management or operations management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
