1. Lead retail operations and manage selling activities.
2. Supervise and delegate tasks to the sales team.
3. Develop sales incentives and rewards.
4. Deliver sales results as per company goals.
5. Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.
6. Maximize inventory, cash control, and loss prevention techniques.
7. Uphold company initiatives and confidentiality.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management or operations management experience.
2. Luxury retail experience preferred.

1. Excellent selling and customer service skills.
2. Superior communication skills, both spoken and written.
3. Inventory management expertise.
4. Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, SAP, and Cegid, and emailing using Microsoft Outlook.

A minimum of 3 years in management or operations management, preferably in luxury retail.
