1. Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Support sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Manage inventory and ensure the boutique is well-stocked and organized.
5. Train and mentor boutique staff to maintain high standards of product knowledge and customer interaction.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
7. Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to maintain brand standards.
