- Lead and manage retail operations to drive sales and enhance customer service.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.

- Ensure operational excellence through effective inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality store experience for customers.

- Minimum of 3 years of management or operations management experience.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales and operations.
- Demonstrated longevity with previous luxury employers.
- Exceptional selling and customer service skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Advanced computer skills, including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook.
A minimum of 3 years in management or operations management within the luxury retail sector is required.
