1. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of luxury retail experience.
3. Assist in achieving sales targets and managing inventory effectively.
4. Coordinate and supervise staff, providing training and support as needed.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and Omega's brand heritage.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Proficiency in retail software and inventory management systems.

1. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail management or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
