- Lead and manage retail operations to ensure sales targets are met.

- Minimum of 3 years of management or operations management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of success with previous luxury employers.
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Strong computer skills, including Windows, SAP, and Cegid.
