- Lead retail operations and assist in managing sales activities.
- Supervise and mentor sales staff to drive performance.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement sales incentives and rewards programs.
- Maximize inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a quality store experience.
- Promote the OMEGA brand through effective communication and professionalism.
- Plan, delegate, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Minimum of 3 years in management or operations management.
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales and operations.
- Demonstrated longevity with previous luxury employers.
- Superior selling and customer service capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Strong computer skills including Windows, SAP, and Cegid.
A minimum of 3 years in a management or operations management role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
