1. Minimum of 3 years in management or operations management.
2. Proven track record in luxury retail sales and operations.
3. Demonstrated longevity with previous luxury employers.

1. Superior selling and customer service capabilities.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in inventory management.
4. Strong computer skills including Windows, SAP, and Cegid.

A minimum of 3 years in a management or operations management role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
