- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Ensure all operational targets are met and standards are maintained within the boutique.
- Contribute to the recruitment, development, and coaching of the boutique team.
- Maintain an ambassadorial level of customer service, ensuring consistency.
- Deploy business plans and strategies in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory and ensure correct stock maintenance.
- Facilitate effective communication with Head Office departments.
