1. Lead retail operations and supervise staff.
2. Manage daily activities of operating a luxury boutique.
3. Maximize inventory, cash control, and loss prevention techniques.
4. Delegate tasks to the sales team.
5. Develop sales incentives and rewards.
6. Deliver sales results as per company goals.
7. Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.
8. Promote the Omega brand through effective communication and professionalism.
9. Prioritize, plan, delegate, and adapt to business needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management/operations management experience.
2. Luxury retail experience preferred.

1. Excellent selling and customer service skills.
2. Superior communication skills, both spoken and written.
3. Inventory management expertise.
4. Excellent computer skills, including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook.

A minimum of 3 years of management or operations management experience is required, preferably in luxury retail.

Pay Range: $30-$34 per hour + Commission & Bonus
