1. Lead retail operations and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement sales incentives and rewards to drive revenue.
3. Ensure a consistent, high-quality store experience for customers.
4. Manage daily activities including inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention.
5. Delegate tasks effectively to the sales team to meet business objectives.
6. Uphold company initiatives and maintain confidentiality.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management or operations management experience in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record of longevity with previous luxury employers.

1. Excellent selling and customer service skills.
2. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in inventory management.
4. Strong computer skills, including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook.

A minimum of 3 years in management or operations management within the luxury retail sector is required.

Pay Range: $30-$34 per hour plus commission and bonus.
