- Lead retail operations and supervise staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales incentives and rewards to drive revenue.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality store experience for customers.
- Manage daily activities including inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention.
- Delegate tasks effectively to the sales team to meet business objectives.
- Uphold company initiatives and maintain confidentiality.
- Enhance the Omega brand through effective communication and professionalism.
- Minimum of 3 years of management or operations management experience in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of longevity with previous luxury employers.
- Excellent selling and customer service skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Strong computer skills, including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook.
A minimum of 3 years in management or operations management within the luxury retail sector is required.
Pay Range: $30-$34 per hour plus commission and bonus.
