1. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of luxury retail experience.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve boutique targets.
4. Manage inventory and ensure the boutique is well-stocked and presented according to brand standards.
5. Supervise and motivate the boutique team to achieve performance goals.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
7. Contribute to visual merchandising and promotional activities.
