1. Update the monthly distribution requirements plan (DRP) from the central warehouse.
2. Act as the primary liaison with local supply planners in Japan and Hong Kong.
3. Ensure proper allocation of validated stock, including launches, high-demand products, and potential shortages.
4. Monitor product life cycles and manage transitions (article switches).
5. Assess and communicate short-term stock shortage risks to relevant teams.
6. Track stock levels in the central warehouse and with subcontractors.

1. Final-year student in engineering school or Master's program with a specialization in Supply Chain.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
2. Fluent in English for regular international communication.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Interest in planning and logistics coordination.
