1. Design and develop training materials and tools that align with the brand's unique aesthetic, including presentations, guides, and digital tools.
2. Ensure content consistency with the brand's rituals, products, and ethos.
3. Update training documents in line with new product launches and evolving expertise.
4. Develop assessments to measure knowledge acquisition and skill mastery.
5. Monitor training levels and progress in calligraphy in collaboration with the calligraphy trainer.
6. Identify individual and collective training needs, propose improvement strategies, and support continuous development.
7. Track key performance indicators related to training completion rates, session participation, skill progression, evaluation results, learner satisfaction, and onboarding progress.
8. Create elegantly structured reports and dashboards to provide clear insights into training dynamics.
9. Manage the logistical and administrative preparation of training sessions, ensuring smooth coordination with boutiques and internal teams.
10. Design comprehensive onboarding programs for new retail entrants and contribute to the continuous improvement of training projects.
11. Conduct remote training sessions for retail teams and international partners, and occasionally participate in in-store or brand events.
12. Adapt pedagogical approaches to diverse learner profiles, embodying the brand's sophistication and generosity.

1. Proven experience in retail training, pedagogy, or knowledge transfer.
2. Excellent command of content creation tools such as PowerPoint, digital tools, and LMS.
3. Keen attention to detail and a strong appreciation for aesthetics and the beauty of craftsmanship.
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
5. Exceptional organizational skills, autonomy, and a strong sense of service.
6. Affinity for craftsmanship, calligraphy, or beauty-related fields is a significant advantage.
