- Implement the Retail strategy as defined by the management, ensuring service quality and excellence across European boutiques.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience throughout all European locations.
- Develop and implement optimal customer and product flow management strategies.
- Propose synergies between online and offline channels and ensure omnichannel processes are understood and applied by sales teams.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of CRM systems.
- Guide teams in building strong customer relationships and encourage the collection of personalized information while respecting confidentiality.
- Contribute to targeted actions for customer loyalty and offer personalized services to loyal clients.
- Collaborate with the training department to ensure comprehensive and consistent training for sales teams.
- Unite teams around customer service excellence.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for boutiques, analyze performance, and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare regular reports for management and implement action plans to achieve set objectives.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the Retail budget, control costs, and optimize boutique profitability.
- Be present in the field with teams, conduct regular boutique visits, lead briefings, and coach managers.
- Manage boutique managers and support their development, supervise boutique organization and maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR to identify recruitment needs and participate in candidate selection.
- Supervise the use and development of IT tools and ensure their suitability for field needs.
- Ensure proper stock management and replenishment in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Coordinate new boutique openings and update the 'Store Handbook' with operational processes.
- Confirmed experience of at least 10 years in Retail, ideally within the Luxury sector.
- Meticulous and organized, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of uniting and motivating teams.
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with a passion for leading new projects and achieving ambitious goals.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
