1. Collaborate with retail teams to understand and document functional requirements.
2. Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather business needs.
3. Draft detailed functional specifications and use cases.
4. Ensure documentation is accessible to non-technical teams.
5. Coordinate between business and tech teams to ensure project alignment.
6. Contribute to project planning, milestone setting, and deliverable definition.
7. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose action plans.
8. Organize and lead steering and project committees.
9. Define and oversee functional testing strategies with business teams.
10. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate IT solutions.
11. Develop change management strategies for end-users.
12. Conduct training sessions for retail teams on new IT solutions.
13. Create and update user documentation for non-technical audiences.
14. Contribute to continuous improvement of retail processes and IT tools.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with IT or project management specialization.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management within the retail sector.
3. Proven experience in gathering and analyzing functional requirements.
4. Fluency in English.

1. In-depth understanding of retail industry processes and challenges.
2. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
3. Technical understanding of information systems (ERP, POS, BI).
4. Strong leadership and ability to influence across various levels.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within the retail sector, is required.
