- Collaborate with retail teams to understand and document functional requirements.
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather business needs.
- Draft detailed functional specifications and use cases.
- Ensure documentation is accessible to non-technical teams.
- Coordinate between business and tech teams to ensure project alignment.
- Contribute to project planning, milestone setting, and deliverable definition.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose action plans.
- Organize and lead steering and project committees.
- Define and oversee functional testing strategies with business teams.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate IT solutions.
- Develop change management strategies for end-users.
- Conduct training sessions for retail teams on new IT solutions.
- Create and update user documentation for non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of retail processes and IT tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with IT or project management specialization.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management within the retail sector.
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing functional requirements.
- Fluency in English.
- In-depth understanding of retail industry processes and challenges.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
- Technical understanding of information systems (ERP, POS, BI).
- Strong leadership and ability to influence across various levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical skills to transform complex business needs into optimized processes.
- Autonomy and proactive approach to work.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify and propose solutions.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within the retail sector, is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with IT or project management specialization.
