1. Collaborate with retail teams to understand and document functional requirements.

5. Coordinate between business and tech teams to ensure project alignment.
6. Contribute to project planning, milestone setting, and deliverable definition.
7. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose action plans.
8. Organize and lead steering and project committees.
9. Define and oversee functional testing strategies with business teams.
10. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate IT solutions.
11. Develop change management strategies for end-users.
12. Conduct training sessions for retail teams on new IT solutions.
13. Create and update user documentation for non-technical audiences.
14. Contribute to continuous improvement of retail processes and IT tools.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with IT or project management specialization.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management within the retail sector.
3. Proven experience in gathering and analyzing functional requirements.
4. Fluency in English.

3. Technical understanding of information systems (ERP, POS, BI).
