1. Develop and implement the Store Handbook by centralizing and analyzing existing guidelines from various departments such as Merchandising, Marketing, and Customer Service.
2. Draft and distribute the "Weekly Buly" retail newsletter, ensuring clarity and engagement, and track readership statistics.
3. Coordinate and monitor the onboarding schedules for new employees, collaborating with retail services and store managers.
4. Provide logistical and administrative support for retail teams, including organizing travel and managing expense reports.
5. Prepare and transmit handover tools, ensuring seamless transition and continuity of projects.
6. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify trends and strategic recommendations.

1. Fluency in French and English
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Enrollment in a Master's program or gap year
4. Dynamic, proactive, and willing attitude
5. Experience in cosmetics, retail, or luxury sectors is advantageous
